Jolandi joined MitonOptimal in 2011 and forms part of the Business Management team as well as the role of Head of Operations. Jolandi is responsible for overseeing the operational obligations of business and ensuring effective service delivery of the administration team.

She joined the finance industry in 2007 and has held various roles in HR, Operations and Compliance.
